Since I bought a blender, I drink a lot more smoothies! Smoothies are a really simple way to consume a lot vitamins and there are a lot of combinations. The smoothie in the photo is my favorite. I came up with the recipe myself and I love it so much!
For this smoothie you’ll need the following ingredients:
- 1 cup filled with chopped bananas
- ½ cup filled with strawberries
- ½ cup greek yoghurt
- 1 cup baby spinach
- ½ cup orange juice
If you have all the ingredients, the only you have to do is put them all together in a blender. I did the greek yoghurt first in the blender and other ingredients on top of that. I would not recommend that, because the yoghurt was stuck on blender and it didn’t blend really good. So I think better if you put the fruit first. The orange juice is the last ingredient.
After you put in the blender, you turn it on and you turn it of if you like the thickness of the smoothie. The longer you blend, the thinner your smoothie comes out. After that, I placed it in the fridge for about 10 minutes. I like smoothies more when are cold.
I choose to drink my smoothie from one of my favorite glasses, my maison jar. I really love these jars and they are really photogenic! And you’re ready! I’m sure you will like it. What kind of smoothies do you like the most?
