This recipe is really easy to make. Everybody knows that the breakfast is the most import meal of the day. But boring to eat a slice of bread with peanut butter every day. I think that overnight oats are a really good alternative for the bread. It’s taste really good and you don’t feel hungry for a few hours. It’s really healthy and you can combine it with all sorts of fruit!
This are the ingredients you need:
- 1 cup oats
- ½ cup almond milk
- 1 teaspoon sugar (optional)
- less than ¼ flaxseed
- one drop vanilla extract
- fruit of your choice
I already told you that this recipe is really easy, so I made this step by step guide with photo’s!
After you put the oats, flaxseeds and sugar in the mason jar, you’re going to pour the almond milk and the vanilla extract at the other ingredients. Then you’re going to curl everything until it looks like this (see the photo below).
And the preparation is done! The only thing left to do is place it in the fridge and leave it there for the whole night. When you grab it out of the fridge next morning, you only have to cut some fruit in little pieces. Drop it in the mason jar and your breakfast is done! I love to eat the oats with apple or blueberries 🙂
